Shannon Prange, CLFP, has over 15 years of experience in portfolio and collections management. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management at Orion First since October 2017, Shannon previously held the role of Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Management at the same company. Prior to that, Shannon worked at PSC Inc from 2007 to October 2017 as Collections Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 15-21 collection professionals and training an average of four new collection representatives each year.
