Lars Herlitz

Lars Herlitz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lars is the Chairman, Co-Founder, and Investor at Lyten since May 2015. Lars is also the Managing Partner at Herlitz Capital LLC, starting from August 2015. Lars co-founded Orion Governance in October 2014, where they serve as a Co-Founder, Investor, and Board Member, focusing on data governance software solutions. Additionally, Lars serves as an investor in ipsy since June 2012. Lars is an investor and advisor at HealthCrowd since April 2015, which was acquired by mPulse Mobile in January 2022. Lars has served as an advisor at NGCodec Inc., a cloud video encoding technology company, from September 2012 to July 2019, when it was acquired by Xilinx. Lars is a Co-Founder and Advisor at Altia Systems, Inc., where they helped develop the PanaCast technology for HD panoramic video collaboration. Lars was also an investor and advisor at Bina Technologies, a genomic informatics company, from January 2011 to December 2014, when it was acquired by Roche. Prior to these roles, Lars worked at Cavium as an Sr Director/Consultant and later as the GM of the Multimedia Group. Lars was also the Founder, President, and CEO of W&W Communications, a semiconductor company specializing in video codec technology, from October 2003 to December 2008.

Lars Herlitz completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Linköping University, spanning from 1982 to 1986.
