Cap-Om Cathy Phillips

Cathy Phillips, CAP-OM, has extensive experience in executive administration, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Orion Group Holdings, Inc. since November 2016, providing support to the CEO, CFO, and COO. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as an Executive Assistant at Stewart & Stevenson from December 2007 to 2016, where support was provided to the CEO and COO, and previously to the CFO and Executive Chairman. Cathy's career also includes serving as an Office Manager in the Department of Radiation Physics at U.T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center from February 2002 to January 2008, and as an Executive Assistant at Enron from 1985 to 2002, where support was provided to the CEO of Enron Global Markets. Cathy holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston and has maintained professional development through IAAP from 1991 to 2017, achieving the CAP-OM certification.
