Dan McIntee has extensive work experience in risk management and legal affairs. Dan is currently the Vice President of Risk Management at Orion Group Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Risk Manager/Counsel at Jamail & Smith Construction, LP from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, McIntee served as the General Counsel at Ocean Infinity, where they managed all legal affairs and played a key role in the company's formation and growth. Dan also worked as a Project Manager at DOF Subsea from 2014 to 2017 and as the Vice President | General Counsel at Seamar Divers from 2007 to 2014. McIntee began their career as an attorney, holding positions such as Senior Associate Attorney at WHITE MACKILLOP & BAHAM, Senior Associate Attorney at Sheehy Serpe and Ware, and Associate Attorney at SHEINESS, SCOTT, GROSSMAN & COHN, LLP and STEPP & SULLIVAN, P.C.
Dan McIntee has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Admiralty from Tulane University Law School, which they obtained in 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1996. In 1988, they completed their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and History, from Saint John's University.
