Rachael O.

Rachael O. currently serves as the Payroll & HRIS Manager at ORION, managing the corporate payroll department for a large multinational marine construction organization, overseeing payroll for over 1,000 employees across eight entities since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Payroll & HR Consultant at BenefitMall, where responsibilities involved educating and auditing businesses on payroll and workforce management from May 2016 to June 2018, and at ADP from March 2010 to May 2016. Rachael began her career in media as an Account Executive at Cumulus Media and as a Phone Screener/Air Talent/Production Assistant at Entercom. Academically, Rachael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
