Ross MacRae has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Ross started their career at Subsea 7 in 1995, where they worked in HR until 2005. After that, they joined Wood Group Engineering (North Sea) Limited as an HR professional until 2011. In 2011, MacRae joined Orion Group as the Group HR Director, where they provided HR support and services to a worldwide network of offices with 4,500 staff and contract personnel. Ross also played a strategic role in the company plan, ensuring cross-function interfaces and compliance with employment law and immigration regulations. Over the years, their responsibilities at Orion Group expanded to include deputizing for the Group Managing Director. MacRae developed the Orion Integrated Service Provision (ISP), a recruitment outsourcing capability during their tenure.
