Aarnob Guha

Aarnob Guha has a diverse work experience. Aarnob worked as a Software Engineer at Orion Health, where they implemented UI enhancements, resolved bug tickets, and wrote documentation for the 'Digital Front Door' consumer engagement platform using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Material-UI, and CMS. Aarnob also had an internship at Orion Health, where they implemented UI enhancements and bug fixes using React, JavaScript, Material-UI, and CMS, and performed a code base merge using Yarn, Node.js, and CI/CD pipelines.

Aarnob also worked as a Data & Analytics Senior Lead at the University of Auckland Business School. In this role, they led a team of six junior members and analyzed data to improve the Career Leaders service. Aarnob also optimized and automated manual processes such as data cleaning and visualization using MATLAB and R scripts.

Furthermore, Aarnob served as a Web Developer at WDCC, where they collaborated with a team to develop the 'Virtual Patient Simulator' web application. This application was used by the University of Auckland Medical & Health Sciences Faculty to assist in the learning of medical students. Aarnob utilized React, JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, and MongoDB for the development and database solution.

Additionally, Aarnob participated in Optiver's FutureFocus program as a technology student. Aarnob was selected out of over 400 applicants and gained hands-on experience in financial technology and trading. Aarnob participated in trading games, developed trading algorithms, and shadowed software developers.

Aarnob Guha completed their secondary education at ACG Parnell College from 2016 to 2020. Aarnob then enrolled at The University of Auckland in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce dual degree.
