Grant Anthony

Grant Anthony has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Grant is currently employed as the Chief Information Security Officer at Orion Health since April 2022. Before their current position, they worked at Verisure from August 2017 to December 2021, where they held the roles of Group Head of InfoSec - Governance, Risk and Assurance, and Information Security Consultant / Transformation Programme Manager. Prior to Verisure, Grant worked at Hitachi Capital from August 2015 to July 2017 as the Group Head of Information Security and as an Information Security Consultant. Grant also gained valuable experience at Deloitte New Zealand, where they worked as a Manager from January 2013 to June 2015. Grant's earlier career includes managerial roles at Ernst & Young New Zealand, where they were a Manager from October 2012 to January 2013, a Senior Consultant from October 2010 to September 2012, and a Consultant from September 2008 to September 2010.

Grant Anthony attended the University of Otago from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPhEd) degree. Grant also acquired additional certifications including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft. However, it is not specified when they obtained the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications.
