Tola Bankole is currently working as a Business Analyst at Orion Health since November 2021. Prior to this, Tola worked as an IT Analyst at Ontario Health from February 2018 to November 2021. In this role, Tola was responsible for conducting business process analysis, identifying critical issues, and creating project business requirements. Before joining Ontario Health, Tola worked at Rogers Communications as a Tier 2 Technical Support Consultant from February 2017 to January 2018. In this position, Tola mentored a team of technical support specialists, assisted customers with complex technical issues, and coordinated with level 1 support for escalated calls.

Tola Bankole obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fountain University from 2009 to 2013. In 2015 to 2017, Bankole pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Finance Planning and Wealth Management at Lambton College. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Bankole attended Seneca College, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in Business Analysis. In addition to their education, Bankole received certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2020, and from the International Institute of Business Analysis from Topron Consulting Inc in July 2021.
