Jasleena Gill

Jasleena Gill has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jasleena began their career at FTZ Industries Sdn. Bhd. as an Administrative Assistant from 1997 to 1999. Jasleena then worked as a Web Developer at Digital Integrated Systems Sdn. Bhd. for a brief period in 1999.

In 1999, Jasleena joined Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd. as an IT Intern, providing helpdesk support and designing the Helpdesk intranet. Jasleena later progressed to become an IT System Analyst I, managing the regional data warehouse and developing enhancements for the Dell Customer Service System. Jasleena also worked as an IT System Analyst II, providing support for the XelusPlan logistics system and leading integration projects for the Asia-Pacific, China, and Japan regions. From 2008 to 2010, they served as an Application Management Senior Analyst, specializing in projects related to Services Parts Planning and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for applications like XelusParts and web-based Central Parts List (Web CPL).

In 2010, Jasleena joined Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd. again, this time as a Project Program Management Senior Analyst. Jasleena focused on driving solutions for escalations from business operations teams, identifying process gaps, and improving systems through automation.

From 2012 to 2016, Jasleena worked for JBWere as a Business Analyst, where they continued to drive solutions for business escalations, improve processes through automation, and manage relationships with application vendors.

In 2016, Jasleena joined healthAlliance as an Application Support Analyst. Here, they provided support, functional knowledge, configuration, testing, training, and documentation for the i. Patient Manager (iPM) application, handling escalations from users of CMDHB and WDHB.

From 2021 to 2023, Jasleena worked at Southern Cross Healthcare Ltd as a Solution Delivery Specialist. In this role, they focused on delivering solutions and managing the implementation of projects.

Most recently, Jasleena joined Orion Health in 2023 as an Application Support Analyst, where they are currently providing support and contributing their skills to the organization.

Jasleena Gill's education history includes an Executive Diploma in Corporate Leadership from The Society of Business Practitioners, which was obtained in 2011.
