Aditya Darekar

Aditya Darekar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Manager of Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services, and HR Technology and Transformation at Orion Innovation since January 2020. In this role, Aditya leads operations within the HR department for the APAC region, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, implementing HR technology solutions, and driving efficiency initiatives. Previously, Aditya held positions as Lead of Resource Management and HR Analytics, focusing on resource utilization and revenue maximization. Prior to Orion Innovation, Aditya worked as Assistant Manager and Management Trainee at Incedo Inc. and as a Senior Production Engineer at Prasol Chemicals, contributing to the commissioning of a Phenol-Acetone plant. Aditya holds an MBA in HR from the International School of Business & Media and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
