Archana Yesodharan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Orion Innovation since August 2017. With a robust career in recruitment, Archana has advanced through various roles, starting as a Trainee IT Recruiter and moving up to Assistant Manager and Senior Executive positions in the same field. Prior experience includes an HR internship at Kerala State Road Transport Corporation and an internship at People Channel. Academically, Archana holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from CET School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Communication, and Journalism from C.M.S College, Kottayam. Early education was completed at Mathews Mar Athanasius Residential School.
