Arvind Shaw serves as a Mainframe Assembler at Orion Innovation since January 2024, following a lengthy tenure at IBM INDIA PVT LTD from February 2007 to April 2024, where roles included Application Developer and Technical Consultant. In the capacity of Application Developer, Arvind Shaw focused on client interactions for requirement gathering, risk assessment, and the finalization of technical specifications, engaging in high-level design and application development to meet client specifications. As a Technical Consultant, Arvind Shaw implemented projects utilizing technologies such as Z/VM, REXX, C, SQL, and JAVA, specifically maintaining the HR and Financial Systems for IBM US employees, including labor data processing and payroll systems. Arvind Shaw holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering, West Bengal University.
