James Gaudette

James Gaudette serves as the Head of Leadership & Sales Hiring at Orion Innovation, having joined the company in May 2023. Previously, James held the position of Corporate Recruiting Director at Brillio, a digital transformation solutions firm, from October 2018 to May 2023. Prior to that, James had an extensive tenure at Cognizant, where roles included Associate Director in various capacities focused on sales and marketing transformation, global sales enablement, and recruiting. Earlier career experiences include managing director positions at The Onstott Group and JRG Partners Inc., as well as a vice president role at The Onstott Group.
