Peter Stepanov

Peter Stepanov is a seasoned UX designer and analyst with extensive experience in leading design efforts across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead UX-designer/analyst at Sitasys since April 2022, Peter has successfully developed UX strategies, collaborated with stakeholders, and improved customer experiences for both desktop and mobile products. Previously, Peter held roles such as Lead UX-designer/architect at MERA and Product designer at Timebook Ltd, where achievements included establishing design systems and reshaping interface design approaches. Additional experience includes positions at JSC Transset, where strategic UX direction was set, and earlier roles in web design at Web-studio Site-hit and ToriGroup. Peter holds a Specialist degree from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod and has a background in ecology from the Institute of Physico-Chemical and Biological Problems of Soil Science.
