Sonali Dixit

Sonali Dixit currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Delivery & Transformation at Orion Innovation since January 2025. Prior to this role, Dixit was the Head of Technology Strategy at Aon from January 2022 to January 2025, focusing on technology strategy and digital transformation. From January 2021 to January 2022, Dixit worked as a Senior Advisor at PwC, and between January 2019 and January 2021, served as the Head of Transformation Portfolio & Strategy at a leading US bank, specializing in global transformation management. Dixit's earlier experience includes a position as Transformation, Strategy, and Program Leader at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2016 to January 2019. Dixit holds an MBA in Computer Science & Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
