Prior to this, Syed held significant roles including Global Head of Human Resources at Datametica and Onix, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, talent management, and learning and development. With a background as CEO and Founder of Eminent Hire LLP, Syed specialized in leadership hiring and recruitment process outsourcing. Syed's extensive experience in corporate recruitment spans over two decades, with notable positions at leading firms such as Korn Ferry, Deutsche Bank, and Fiserv, as well as founding a boutique recruiting firm in the IT sector. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Allahabad.
