Joy L. is the Sr. Director of Accounting Operations at Orion Lighting, where they are recognized for their dynamic leadership and ability to drive transformation within diverse internal operations. Previously, Joy held the role of Director of Accounting Operations, Credit, Collections, and Customer Service at Orion Lighting from 2014 to 2020. They have also served as Regional Credit Manager at Wigwam Mills, Inc. from 1997 to 2010 and as Manager of Accounting and Credit at Orion Energy Systems, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Joy is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Accounting and Business Management at Silver Lake College.
