Ryan Guthrie

Ryan Guthrie is currently the Vice President of Construction Operations at Orion Office REIT. Ryan previously held the position of Director of Construction Operations at VEREIT, Inc. Ryan has experience working in various roles such as Project Superintendent at Morrissey Construction Co Inc, Roofing Sales Manager at RCR/ Guardian Exteriors, and Project Manager at Wespac Construction. Ryan has also served as the VP of Business Development at Unlimited Landscape Management and as a Project Manager at VCC – Nationwide, where Ryan oversaw large scale retail and mixed-use projects. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University.
