James Culliton

James Culliton has a diverse background in renewable energy, law, and education. James currently works as a Project Development Manager at Orion Renewable Energy Group LLC. Prior to this, James held positions as a Renewable Energy Developer and Chief Operations Officer at Green Scout LLC. James also has experience as a Staff Attorney at the North American Energy Standards Board and as a Law Clerk at the Public Utility Commission of Oregon. James holds a BA in History and European Studies from Vanderbilt University and a JD with a Certificate in Sustainable Environmental, Energy, and Resources Law from Willamette University College of Law. In addition, James has experience teaching World History, Drama, and English at various institutions.
