Jefferson Shaw

Jefferson Shaw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Orion Steel since August 2025, Jefferson is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads the corporate strategy for the organization. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategy at EVRAZ North America from August 2018 to September 2025, where responsibilities included corporate strategy development across multiple North American business units.
