Vince Femano

Vince Femano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military leadership and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Orion Talent since November 2018, Vince also holds the position of Observer Controller Trainer with the United States Army Reserve, where responsibilities include coaching and mentoring on the Military Decision Making Process and evaluating Commander's Training Objectives. Vince's military career includes significant roles as an Exercise Planner for the 510th Regional Support Group and as a Human Resources Manager for the 3rd Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment, managing personnel operations for over 650 troops. Educationally, Vince holds a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
