Peteris Prusis

Peteris Prusis is a data programmer at Pharmetheus, where they are currently employed. Previously, they served as a senior research scientist at Orion Pharma since 2009 and worked as a post-doc at AstraZeneca from 2006 to 2009, focusing on modeling of site of metabolism and drug clearance. They held the position of assistant professor at Uppsala University from 2001 to 2006, contributing to the development of proteochemometrics. Peteris earned a PhD in computational chemistry from Uppsala University and a Master of Science in medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry from Latvijas Universitate. Prior to their academic ventures, Peteris worked as a lab assistant at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis from 1986 to 1993.
