Social media isn’t social anymore. Somewhere along the way, we were promised connection, but instead, we got the loneliness economy.

Algorithms designed to turn our basic human desire for connection into endless time spent scrolling.

At Oriscen, we believe isolation shouldn’t be a business model.

That’s why we are building Ori to be the digital bridge to the physical world. Technology that optimizes for attendance, not attention. We want you to use our app to find your crew, and then we want you to put your phone away and experience your city.

How do we do it? We believe that friendship needs a project. Shared activities and real-world experiences are the fastest ways to skip the small talk and build real chemistry.

Founded by a team of experts across psychology, technology, and social experiences, we are passionate about making something that elevates our humanity instead of harvesting it.

Starting in Austin. Expanding to a city near you.
