Terri Field, Chartered MCIPD, is the Founder and Director of Think Fractional Ltd, where they lead initiatives in talent acquisition and human resource consulting. With extensive experience as a Talent Manager at Opus Talent Solutions and various leadership roles at Alcumus, Terri has a proven track record in transformation and recruitment. They have actively contributed to GDS International as a Recruitment and Performance Manager and have been a member of the RL100 from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Terri is pursuing advanced qualifications in Human Resources Management and Resourcing from AVADO and participates in an executive development program at the University of Chester.
