Richard Foster

Richard Foster is the owner of Foster Consulting Services, established in 2000, offering services in custom software development, documentation authoring and editing, as well as tool and process advice. In addition, Richard has served as a software engineer at Peek Traffic since March 1994, involved in the manufacturing of traffic control equipment and analysis support software. Richard's professional journey began as a junior firmware engineer at Peek Traffic Inc from 1994 to 1996. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick, earned between 1989 and 1992, and completed education at Bushey Meads from 1982 to 1989.
