Jerry Stipp

Jerry Stipp possesses extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Training Manager and Technical Trainer at Orizon Aerostructures since August 2016, after previously holding the role of Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Jerry Stipp worked at Textron Aviation from March 1997 to March 2016, where responsibilities included Team Leader and Value Stream Leader, overseeing a team of approximately 40-45 members. Earlier experience includes a Quality Supervisor position at Nu-Way Industries, Inc. from April 1989 to February 1997, managing quality and customer safety initiatives. Jerry Stipp's educational background includes studies in Manufacturing Management at Neosho County Community College and a high school diploma from Thayer High School.
