Rory Pughe-Morgan began their career in 2013 as a Digital Marketing Associate at Big Life Organics / Macrobiotic Shop. In 2017, they joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Marketing Executive, where they were responsible for digital marketing and international consumer experience. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketing Account Manager at THG, managing sites for clients in multiple sectors. In 2020, they joined Orka Technology Group as the Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for the marketing strategy and delivery across the company's three products and four brands.
Rory Pughe-Morgan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing Management at Oxford Brookes University. Prior to that, they obtained A Levels from St. Pauls School. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained an Emergency First Aid at Work certification from Nuco Training Ltd.
