Amir Panjwani, CPA, FCA, CFA, has extensive work experience in various financial leadership roles in venture studios, venture capital funds, and technology companies. Amir has a track record of successfully driving performance and growth in the organizations they have worked with.

Amir currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Menyala, a venture studio founded by TEMASEK, Singapore. Amir is responsible for developing the organizational strategy and establishing a presence in the United States. The venture studio has planned upwards of US$20 million in investments and aims to launch 25+ ventures.

Amir also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Salt Labs, a B2B2C venture in the fintech and HR-tech space. Amir assists in launching, scaling, and growing the company's equity-like rewards programs, targeting both self-employed individuals and those not eligible for such programs from their employers. Amir manages the financial aspects of the large seed fund raise.

Amir serves as the CFO at Langner, Inc., an enterprise SaaS company that recently expanded to the United States. In this role, they advise the company on M&A transactions and ensures the best financial practices are implemented.

At RDC, a stealth fintech venture focused on crypto, Amir is the CFO responsible for deploying, monitoring, and planning their latest fundraising round. Amir strategically manages their finances to optimize claims on R&D tax credits and position the company for future development.

As the CFO of Struck Studio, a venture studio and venture capital fund, Amir helps develop the founding and financial strategies for portfolio companies. Amir has actively supported the evaluation of over 500 ideas and is involved with several standalone ventures and portfolio companies.

Amir has been the CFO of EcoExchange Fund I, a venture capital fund focused on the ecological and cleantech space. Amir runs the financial and investment strategy, underwriting portfolio companies, and conducting due diligence processes.

Amir also served as the CFO at Applied Ecological Institute, Inc., a venture studio aiming to scale ventures in the natural ecosystem space. In this role, they helped craft and develop their financial strategies.

Amir's experience includes being the CFO at Orkes, a B2B horizontal SaaS venture co-founded by repeat entrepreneurs and backed by Battery Ventures and Vertex Ventures. Additionally, they have served as a Consulting CFO at Early Growth, an essential business service provider to mid-market businesses, startups, and VC funds. Amir has worked with a range of verticals, including SaaS, technology, and fintech.

Amir advised Exceptional Capital, a venture capital fund, on fund structure and financial planning during its founding years. Amir presented the fund's 10-year financial plan during due diligence with Bank of America and engaged with other limited partners.

In addition to their degree, Amir has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA, a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
