Orkestar Global delivers end-to-end installation management services with the experience, processes, and local execution capability to ensure projects are completed right the first time, on time, and within budget.

Based out if Zagreb Croatia, Orkestar Global is an installation and project management company founded by our CEO, Balkan Grguric after more than 20 years in executive leadership across international logistics, project management, and hands-on installation execution for global brands and businesses.

After decades spent leading teams and working directly on installation sites worldwide, one reality became clear: installation projects were being managed reactively. Visibility was fragmented, accountability unclear, and issues were discovered too late. Orkestar Global was created to change that.

Our services are powered by CUE IMS (Installation Management System), a proprietary, first-of-its-kind platform designed specifically for on-site execution. CUE IMS enables teams to track inbound shipments, confirm goods received, document OSD (overages, shortages, damages), manage installation progress, and flag issues directly from the site via mobile or web platforms. Progress is tracked visually across the project timeline and interactive layout.

All installation activities—big or small—are documented through project closeout, with snag lists assigned to the appropriate partners or stakeholders and formal handover documentation confirming correct installation across all scopes of work.

Orkestar Global, powered by CUE IMS, supports installation projects worldwide across Retail & Fashion, Hospitality & Leisure, and Industrial & Specialized Infrastructure.

Installation management is no longer guesswork. It’s orchestrated.
