Nathan Christie has a diverse work experience. Nathan started their career at The Home Depot in 2003 as an Area Manager. In this role, they managed staff, achieved sales goals, and assisted commercial builders with their projects in the Plumbing, Kitchen and Bath, and appliance section. After leaving The Home Depot in 2007, Nathan joined Orkin Pest Control of Hattiesburg, where they started as part-time office help and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing human resources, daily operations, and technology at two branches. Nathan successfully implemented the use of PDFs for contracts and forms, resulting in significant costs savings for the company.

Nathan Christie obtained their high school degree in General Studies from Garber High School in 1997. Prior to that, they gained a State of Michigan Certification in Engine Mechanics from Bay Arenac Skill Center in 1997.
