Sujan Roy

Sujan Roy is an accomplished supply chain and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. From January 2022 to May 2025, Sujan served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Orkla India, also holding positions such as General Manager for SNOP and Logistics, and Head of Planning & Logistics. Prior to this, Sujan worked at o9 Solutions, Inc. as a Client Success Manager from July 2021 to January 2022, and held roles at Genpact from April 2018 to July 2021, advancing from Senior Manager to Manager in Operations. Sujan's career began with MTR Foods Private Limited, where roles included Manager Planning and Associate Manager in Operations, and at J.K. Files and Tools as Executive in Maintenance & Projects. Sujan holds an Accelerated General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA in Lean Operations & Systems from Christ University, Bangalore.
