Gints Uzans has a background in sales and management, with experience in various roles at Orkla Latvija and Orkla Foods Latvija. Prior to that, Gints worked as a Sales Representative at Rīgas Piena Kombināts. Gints has pursued further education, completing a Professional board member education program at Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance, a Strategic Leadership Program at IMD, and studying at Latvijas Universitate.
