Alf Lysberg

Alf Lysberg has a diverse work experience in the insurance and finance industry. Alf has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Alf started their career as a Managing Director at Optiscan AS in 1992. Alf then worked as a Manager at GIEK from 1993 to 1995. After that, they became the Manager of Corporate Finance at Dyno Industrier ASA from 1995 to 1999. Alf then joined Dyno Nobel ASA as Vice President of Corporate Insurance from 1999 to 2004. Alf then moved to Protector Forsikring ASA as Vice President of Large Accounts and Reinsurance from 2004 to 2006. Later, they joined Orkla Finans Forsikringsmegling A/S as a Divisional Director from 2006 to 2007. Alf then worked as a Divisional Director at Willis from 2007 to 2011. Since 2011, they have been working as a Vice President of Insurance Risk Management at Orkla ASA. Additionally, they also served as a Board member at Decisive A/S from 2004 to 2018.

Alf Lysberg obtained their MBA degree in International Business/Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they pursued a BBA degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Houston between 1987 and 1989. Further back in their education, Lysberg attended Nord University from 1983 to 1985, where they were in pursuit of a DH-Candidate degree in Economics/Business Administration.
