Karoline Steen is an experienced professional in revenue management and business control, currently serving as the Head of NRM Pricing at Orkla ASA since May 2019, following roles as Revenue Manager and Senior Business Controller within the same organization. Prior to this, Karoline worked as a Key Account Manager at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Norge AS from July 2018 to April 2019 and as a Business Controller at Orkla ASA from April 2016 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Controller at Citi from August 2014 to March 2016 and as a Political Intern at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Stockholm in early 2014.
