Petr Novak

Petr Novak has an extensive work experience in the food industry. Petr started their career at Unilever in 2002, holding various roles such as R&D Technologist, Technologist for transfer, Process Technology Specialist, and Production Manager. During their time at Unilever, they were responsible for ensuring consistent production, maintaining safety standards, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. In 2017, they joined Orkla where they held positions such as Senior Project Manager, Chief Operating Officer of Hame Group, and Supply Chain Director. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Orkla Foods Central Europe.
