Eoin Millar

Eoin Millar has extensive experience in marine services and environmental management, currently serving as a Pension Board Member for Unite at Orkney Islands Council since May 2016, while also holding multiple roles including PMSC/Counter Pollution Officer, Counter Pollution/Waste Officer, and Oil Pollution Technician at Orkney Islands Council Marine Services since April 2007. Eoin's past roles include 3rd Mechanic at RNLI from 1987 to 2011, Banksman/Slinger at Streamline Shipping Group from March 2005 to April 2007, and Area Manager at AMP between 1991 and 2002. Eoin's education includes attendance at Kirkwall Grammar School from 1975 to 1979.
