Scott Pring

Scott Pring has extensive experience in the catering industry, currently serving as the Service Manager and Orkney Islands Schools Catering Manager at Orkney Islands Council since October 2020. Prior to this, Scott held several significant positions, including Chef Manager at an undisclosed company from May 2018, Chef Manager at West Somerset Academies Trust from October 2018 to October 2020, and Catering Operations Manager at Somerset Larder from January 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included catering for one of Europe's largest building projects. Scott also served as Executive Head Chef at Bridgwater College from April 2003 to January 2017, achieving recognition as a cost sector catering chef of the year finalist, and as Executive Chef at Bridgwater & Taunton College from September 2001 to December 2016, overseeing a large catering operation while managing various aspects including health and safety, menu planning, and customer service. Educational background includes studies at Somerset College of Arts and Technology.
