Richard Guralnick

Richard Guralnick, CCIM, serves as Vice President and Senior Broker at O,R&L Commercial, a position held since November 2014. Prior to this role, Richard worked at H. Pearce Company from August 2003 to November 2014, also in the capacity of Vice President and Senior Broker. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, where studies were completed from 1971 to 1975.
