Nicole Brown

Nicole Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicole began their career in 2002 as an Administrative Specialist at American Technical Ceramics, where they were responsible for maintaining purchase order records and managing high call volumes. In 2003, they joined the same company as an Inside Sales Specialist, where they developed plans to meet customer demands, prepared quotes, and processed customer orders. In 2010, they worked at Solomon Page Group as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable professional, generating customer invoices and managing accounts receivable aging reports. The following year, they joined Capital Contractors Inc. as a Billing/Accounts Payable Representative, where they processed contractor invoices and ensured accuracy. Since 2012, they have been working at Orlandi, Inc., initially as a Senior Account Executive and later as a Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Orlandi, specializing in sampling technologies and manufacturing scented retail and promotional products. Additionally, Nicole has served in the U.S. Army Reserve as an Information Systems Analyst from 2001 to 2007.

Nicole Brown attended the Katherine Gibbs School from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a CTS Certificate in Computer Technical Support. Their field of study was Information Technology.
