Charles Raycroft

Charles Raycroft is an experienced equipment operations professional with a career spanning over two decades in Major League Soccer. Currently serving as the Director of Equipment Operations for Orlando City SC since January 2016, Raycroft oversees equipment operations for MLS, MLS Next Pro, and MLS Next Academy teams. Prior to this role, Raycroft held positions as Head Equipment Manager for both the Chicago Fire Soccer and D.C. United, where responsibilities included managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory, and establishing operational procedures. Raycroft's experience also includes working with the United States Soccer Federation, overseeing equipment for national teams. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College.
