Galo Pozzo

Galo Pozzo has extensive experience in youth soccer coaching and development, currently serving as the Academy Pre-Formation and IDP Assistant Coach at Orlando City SC since October 2025. Prior to this role, Galo spent six years at New York Red Bulls, where responsibilities included Academy Foundation Phase Coordinator and U11 Academy Head Coach, along with positions as Pre-Academy Coordinator and RDS/Pre-Academy Operations Coordinator. Galo's coaching career began at USA Sport Group, where Galo worked as a Sports Coach from September 2016 to August 2019. Galo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, obtained in 2015, and a High School Diploma from Union Catholic Regional High School, awarded in 2011.
