Jon Reaves

Jon Reaves has a background in sales and partnership management. Jon currently holds the position of Senior Director, Brand Alliances at Orlando City SC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Partnerships at Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS from 2020 to 2023, where they managed partnerships with national brands and generated over $13 million in revenue. Before that, Reaves served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Jacksonville Jaguars and held various roles at Learfield, including Associate General Manager and Senior Account Executive. Jon also worked at PepsiCo as a Large Format Manager and Sales Management Trainee.

Jon Reaves completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Business Management from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2015 to 2017.
