Nicholas Santos

Nicholas Santos serves as the Director of Youth Soccer Development at Orlando City SC, where responsibilities include authoring strategy and overseeing the growth of a youth soccer ecosystem that caters to over 15,000 young athletes in Central Florida. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various positions including Senior Business Ventures Manager and Business Operations Manager at Orlando Pride, and Head of Business Operations at FC Series, where significant contributions included the establishment of the largest pre-season soccer tournament in North America. Earlier career achievements at Orlando City SC involved building the league's first Tourism Department from the ground up, creating new revenue opportunities through innovative experiences. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
