Kapricia Birch

Kapricia Birch has been working as a Branch Manager II at Orlando Credit Union since February 2011. Kapricia oversees two branch location teams, trains and mentors team members, advises members on financial goals, and works closely with the lending team for loan applications. Kapricia has achieved outstanding results in meeting annual goals and has a strong track record of building relationships with members. Prior to this role, Kapricia has held positions such as Branch Supervisor and Teller at various organizations. Kapricia also has experience as a Food and Beverage/Marketing Manager at Diamond Cut Restaurant and as an EOC Coordinator at Educational Partners International, LLC. Kapricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Adelphi University.
