Jennifer Marcial Ocasio

Jennifer Marcial Ocasio serves as the Director of Communications at the Orlando Economic Partnership since August 2022, where responsibilities include designing and guiding communications strategy, supporting the CEO in high-level communications, and leading media relations. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a member of the Orlando Sentinel's Editorial Board from February 2017 to August 2022, contributing to editorial content and overseeing digital reporting. Additional experience spans positions such as Digital Reporter and Team Leader at Univision Interactive Media, Translation Account Manager at MotionPoint, and various editorial roles in news organizations including MiamiDiario.com and DC Latino. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Journalism and Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico.
