Tammy Humphrey

Tammy Humphrey serves as the Senior Director of Talent Development at the Orlando Economic Partnership since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tammy held various positions at IBM from February 2013 to May 2023, including Business Transformation Consultant focused on Talent Transformation and Offering Manager for IBM Watson Education, where projects included collaborating with Sesame Workshop on educational platforms. Previous experience includes serving as a Talent Management Advisory Consultant and as Manager of Learn Implementation Services, overseeing consultancy engagements and training initiatives. Earlier in career, Tammy worked with IBM Kenexa as a Senior Implementation Consultant/Manager and held administrative roles within Orange County Public Schools, including Assistant Principal at multiple elementary schools. Educational background includes a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of South Florida.
