Orlando Family Stage
Cerise Sweezey has extensive experience in the arts and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Group Sales Manager, Field Trip Manager, and Box Office Assistant at Orlando Family Stage since April 2015. Prior to this, Cerise worked at Loews Hotels from January 2014 to April 2015 as Front Office Staff at Loews Royal Pacific Resort and completed an internship in the same environment. Additionally, Cerise held an internship with the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra from September 2013 to December 2013. Cerise holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from the University of Florida, earned in 2014.

Orlando Family Stage is Central Florida's foremost professional family theatre where audiences of all ages experience the adventure and wonder of watching their favorite stories come to life on stage. With a mission to empower young people to be brave and empathetic by creating quality theatrical experiences, Orlando Family Stage recognizes its obligation to connect students to literature and theatre, and find ways to fill the arts void in local schools and communities – particularly those classified as low-income or underserved. The award-winningYouth Academy provides classes and workshops for children, along with professional development opportunities for classroom teachers. Housed in a three-theatre complex in Loch Haven Park, Orlando Family Stage is also home to the University of Central Florida’s MFA in Theatre for Young Audiences graduate program, training the next generation of theatre for young audiences leaders - the only program of its kind in the Southeast.
