Brad Kennedy

Brad Kennedy, MHA, serves as the Senior Director of Business Solution Strategy and Senior Director of Customer Experience Programs at Orlando Health, where involvement spans various leadership roles since April 2019. Prior to this, Brad held managerial positions at Wyndham Destinations and Wyndham Vacation Ownership, focusing on customer experience and corporate marketing from 2011 to 2019. Earlier career experiences include roles at Six Flags, the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Red Bulls, and Red Bull, contributing to marketing and corporate services. Brad holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management & Marketing from Marshall University.
