Suzanne A. Worthington

SVP, Orlando Health & President, Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies at Orlando Health

Suzanne Worthington began filling the role of chief operating officer of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital and assistant vice president of Orlando Health in June 2019. In this new role, Suzanne continues to serve Orlando Health as she has done for over 20 years. During this time, she has supported a variety of teams including patient financial services, allied health clinicians, support services, physicians and advanced practice providers, physician practice operations and acute care operations. Through each of these opportunities she has focused on helping teams work towards and maintain operational and service excellence.

Most recently, Suzanne served as chief operating officer for the OB/GYN and Pediatric Specialty Practices within the Orlando Health Medical Group. She has served on the Boards of the Orlando Science Center and the Orlando City Foundation and is excited to be a member of the Leadership Orlando Class 98.

Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Florida. Additionally, she holds a Master of Education degree, also conferred by the University of Florida.
